1.3 Pricing Errors: In rare cases, a pricing error may occur due to technical issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors and will notify you promptly.

Section 2 - Promotions and Discounts

2.1 Promotional Periods: Promotional prices apply only during the advertised promotion period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

2.2 Discount Codes: Valid discount codes must be entered at checkout. If you experience technical issues, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

Section 6 - Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

6.2 Major Failure: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

6.3 Minor Failure: You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet consumer guarantees and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6.4 Transit Damage: If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6.5 Change of Mind: We may offer change-of-mind returns within 90 days of delivery provided goods are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
